1. Adults only
All products in our webshop are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over, or the higher minimum age that applies in your country. We check your age when you enter the webshop and ask for your date of birth when you order. We may request additional proof of age and refuse or cancel orders if we have doubts about your age. Never pass on products to minors.
2. Legal status per country
The rules on cannabinoids differ per country and change regularly. We therefore do not ship certain products to certain countries:
- OH-HHC products (10-OH-HHC) are not shipped to Belgium, Germany, Austria, France, Czechia, Italy, Sweden, Finland, Hungary and Slovenia.
- Every product page lists the countries we do not ship that product to. In addition, we do not ship to a number of countries at all; see Shipping & delivery.
You are responsible for checking, before you order, that the purchase, import, possession and use of the products are permitted where you live. Orders to destinations where we do not ship a product are cancelled and refunded. The information on this website about the legal status of products is general and is not legal advice.
3. No health claims and no medicines
Our products are not medicines or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and we make no health or medical claims about them. Nothing on this website is medical advice. Consult a doctor before using cannabinoid products if you have a medical condition or take medication.
4. No CBD for oral consumption (novel food)
Under EU law, CBD and other cannabinoids extracted from hemp are considered novel foods, which may not be sold as food without authorisation. That is why we do not sell any products containing CBD, CBG, CBN or OH-HHC for human oral consumption. These products are not food or food supplements and must not be eaten, swallowed or used under the tongue. Distillates, terpenes and isolates are intended exclusively for the use stated on the product page.
The products in our Hemp Food section, such as hemp seeds and hemp seed oil, are traditional foods made from hemp seeds and are sold as food.
5. Safety warnings
- Not suitable for persons under 18.
- Not suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery after using products that may affect your alertness, in particular OH-HHC products.
- Do not combine with alcohol or other substances.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets. Products for pets are the exception: use them only for the intended animal and as directed on the product page.
- The use of cannabinoid products may lead to a positive result in drug tests.
- Cosmetic products are for external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and test on a small area of skin before first use.
- Products for pets are not intended for human use. Consult a vet if your animal is ill, pregnant or on medication.
- Store products in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and in their original packaging.
- Vapes and 510 batteries contain lithium batteries: do not open, damage or heat them, and only use suitable chargers. Dispose of used vapes and batteries at a collection point for electrical equipment and batteries, not with household waste.
- Always read the label and the product page before use.
Tobacco and nicotine
Our vapes, cartridges and e-liquids contain no tobacco and no nicotine. They are therefore not tobacco products within the meaning of the Dutch Tobacco and Smoking Products Act (Tabaks- en rookwarenwet).
6. THC content
We only offer products whose THC content does not exceed the legal limits that apply to them. The THC content of a batch is shown on its certificate of analysis.
7. Certificates of analysis
Certificates of analysis (CoA) from an independent laboratory are available on request. Ask for them through our contact form or by email to office@hhc-noids.com, stating the product and, if possible, the batch number on the packaging. A certificate relates to the batch tested.
8. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as possible, partly on the basis of information from manufacturers and laboratories. Experiences vary from person to person; we do not promise any particular effect. Images may differ slightly from the actual product.
