Returns and right of withdrawal

Summary

  • As a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

  • Some sealed products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken (see section 6).

1. Who has the right of withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers: natural persons who buy for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession. It does not apply to business customers.

2. Withdrawal period

You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the products. If you ordered several products in one order and they are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the last product. You may also withdraw before the products have been delivered.

3. How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Hikari Print B.V., Segment 3, Unit A7626, 6921 RC Duiven, the Netherlands, office@hhc-noids.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unambiguous statement. You can do so in one of the following ways:

  • Online with the withdrawal function: use the "Withdraw from contract here" function in our webshop. Enter your name, your order reference and the email address at which you want to receive the confirmation, and then click "Confirm withdrawal".
  • By email: send the model withdrawal form below, or your own statement, to office@hhc-noids.com.
  • Through our contact form, stating your order reference.
  • By post to the address above.

You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.

4. Returning the products

  • Send the products back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the period of 14 days has expired.
  • Return address: Hikari Print B.V. (noids), Segment 3, Unit A7626, 6921 RC Duiven, the Netherlands, unless we give you a different return address when we confirm your withdrawal.
  • Return the products with all accessories supplied and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. Please enclose your order reference.
  • You bear the direct cost of returning the products. We recommend a tracked shipment, because you are responsible for proving that you have returned the products.
  • Products with built-in batteries, such as disposable vapes, must be shipped in accordance with the carrier's rules for lithium batteries.
  • You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

5. Refund

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We carry out the reimbursement by bank transfer to the account you paid from, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

6. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

By law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been broken after delivery. In our range this concerns in particular disposable vapes and 510 cartridges, e-liquids, distillates, terpenes and isolates, cosmetics, food products and pet products;
  • products that deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • products that, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.

Products in their original, unopened sealed packaging can be returned under the normal rules. These exceptions do not affect your rights if a product is defective.

7. Defective, damaged or incorrect products (legal guarantee)

Separately from the right of withdrawal, you are entitled to a product that conforms to the contract (legal guarantee of conformity). If a product is defective, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered:

  • notify us within a reasonable time after discovering the problem; a notification within two months is always in time. Include your order reference, a short description and, if possible, photos;
  • we will repair or replace the product free of charge or, if that is not possible, grant a price reduction or refund the purchase price;
  • we bear the return costs of defective or incorrect products. Please contact us before returning them so that we can tell you how to return them;
  • if a defect appears within one year after delivery, it is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless we prove otherwise.
